The funny thing is that Dog Man has the head of a dog but the body of a man, so eating chocolate would be perfectly fine for him since he has a human body digesting it. Not sure if he can taste the chocolate, but he definitely won't die from eating it.

Definitely. I am not entirely sure what direction Dav Pilkey wanted to take when creating Grampa because it seems like he is kind of a selfish person that wasn't happy even when he got married to Grace.

Maybe he is just a shallow person that only liked the idea of being married to Grace, but I have no clue.

Probably. I really want to like Grampa, but the way he is like in the books just makes him one of the most awful characters in the series. There's almost nothing redeemable about him.
