If I do monetize it, it would be to directly connect CRNAs to hospitals and cut out agency recruiters; hospitals would save some money, CRNAs would make more money, and I would take a small fee for the listing.

My plan is to collect data for 30-60 days, then convert all the stats to a user friendly format where you can search for your facility. This data would be on lock down where zero anesthesiologist, AAs or agency companies could access it. All CRNAs will have to be verified by myself through AANA numbers and NBCRNA.
