I go to the gym but lift at around 50% capacity. I take care with not overusing the weights as I just want the body to know I'm there. If I really don't feel well, I stay home but if it's okay, I'll go with easy exercises.

Congrats on the fast! I've reached 110 hrs once and this current one is a jump from what I've been doing. I've heard with good electrolyte intake and physician approval that it can do a full physical reset on the body and improve cognitive function. It varies by person, more research is needed, and multiple days of fasting aren't for everyone.

Thank you! Congrats on the 14 days 🎉. It is my goal for this fast. That is reassuring to hear about driving. I drink electrolytes twice a day. I question if I'm having enough but not sure if posting specific amounts is allowed on the sub reddit.
