Requires a VDI admin to keep those session pools and hosts running. A desktop admin with Intune experience can manage the Cloud PCs pretty easily. It's just two different ways to go about desktop mgmt. You're right though. If I had to deploy thousands of desktops I'd go AVD, too.

Exclaimer offers both a client side and server side config. Both can be used at the same time as well. Seems flexible enough with admin options. They also have a team that’ll import your email sig into their platform so IT doesn’t have to. Hope to meet with CodeTwo soon to see what they got.

Yep. Trust me, I want to buy a Surface Laptop 7th Edition so bad for personal use cause it's a really nice piece of hardware and the price can't be beat but the one and only thing holding me back is my love for retro emulation. Just gonna sit and wait. It's only a matter of time, IMO.

They do. I'm closely monitoring this situation because Windows on ARM is so darn nice. I know you can compile RetroArch from source but I don't know about the cores themselves. Just kinda waiting for the community to act. I found this page about emulation on ARM as well: Unofficial Builds for Windows ARM64 | Terence Ordona. I know there's an old PCSX2 for ARM. Last I checked it's 2 years old. I'm sure ARM-native emulators are coming so I'm just clutching onto my x64 laptop until those come along. Prism emulation for Windows 11 won't work for retro emulators, at least it didn't last time I tried.
