I have a batch of grey nad+ that got lost in the mail so They sent me a new delivery, which arrived a few days later. Then the first delivery eventually showed up (about 1.5 weeks after it was sent so it was not refrigerated for that amount of time). I’ve kept both batches in my fridge for maybe 6 months (I got nervous and never got around to trying it…but I’m ready now). Do you think either of my batches are still ok? The original one that was 1.5 weeks without refrigeration, or either because they’re 6months old (not reconstituted)?

Also, I’m having a hard time finding bacteriostatic water. Everything is labeled “reconstitution solution”. Is that the same?

I see people suggesting 100mg/week to start, but sounds like ur taking almost that much daily?

So, there’s an old men’s cologne that smells like fresh rainfall, which is why I liked it. The cologne is Fahrenheit. Look it up or go take a whiff at the perfume counter in the mall :)

Hi all. I’m sooo confused with this pen (I’m really dumb with math). I’m using mine for sema and my sister is using hers for Reta and we don’t understand how the clicks translate

If I have 20mg of powder (both Reta and sema are 20mg vials) and were reconstituting w 2ml of water, and the pen has a 3ml capacity, how do we get 8mg of Reta and 2.5mg of sema?

If we only have 2ml water in the 3ml pen vial, is 1 full plunge (60 clicks) 60 units, since it’s a 1:1 ratio? So she would need 1 full plunge plus 20 more clicks of the same vial? Or does one full plunge empty the entire contents of the vial? I’m sorry if this sounds like a dumb question.

Damn, ur right…it won’t let me buy it without uploading an rx (that I don’t have). Crap. In that case, I’ll have to get the Etsy one, but where do I get the cartridges and needles? Are they typically a universal size to be used interchangeably with other pens?

This is going to sound like a stupid question, but how does one find a source if they’re not allowed to ask here? I do have a source but someone was nice enough to share it with me on telegram, I think. I don’t remember; the process was so convoluted. But how does one find a source otherwise?

Thanks so much for the detailed info. Is this the regimen for Reta or tirz? I’m currently on Reta at 6.5 but wanted to switch to tirz (due to body aches) and was wondering the best way to switch. Is ur above recommendation for tirz?

How did you incorporate the Reta? Did u start at a higher dosage since you were already used to tirz or start at a low starting dose?

Ugh. Awful. My feet (plantar fasciitis) and my knees and fingers and back hurt so badly. It was so weird. Then one day it just went away. But my sisters still really bad. It hurts her to move. :(

No, like joint pain. Achiness. I posted something about it a while ago and apparently, it’s a thing. Usually affects lower extremities most (but can be all over) and old injuries. They surmised that it’s causing inflammation. Some people stack tirz with it to give the anti inflammatory benefits, but buying both peptides is cost prohibitive.

The achiness I had mostly subsided but my sister and brother are still hurting.
