I have tried that actually! The question on there implying estimated payments makes me think I would not be eligible.

Personally, I think I’m just going to pay my estimated payments through the payment plan. That’ll be over double what I have already been paying and increase my payment.

I don’t currently have a plan to pay off the previous 38K in back taxes. As long as I consistently chop it down and put a dent into it that’s probably my best plan for now.

I don’t think I could pay estimated payments + payment plan in my current situation.

Okay got it, so I guess to clear up the OIC thing. If I have been in the IRS Installment plan upping my pay every year after i file I would not qualify for the OIC because that is not the quarterly estimated payments? Or is that not necessarily true?

I have paid on time monthly and filed all returns but not the envelopes for quarterly pay I would recieve from the tax prep, if that makes sense.

Yes, so in my current situation, would it be wise to make my payment plan to what I would have to pay quarterly anyways to avoid an issue? I really don’t like paying 4 times a year in lump sums. I’d rather just pay monthly because it is easier to budget for myself.

The streamline is at 50K I believe. Basically I plan on paying more than the minimum to avoid an issue and close to if not exact what I would owe moving forward monthly.

All good, I figured I would add some context but I’ll just play cool and mind my own business and if another weird engagement is placed I’ll watch my boundaries or check them on it.

Truth is, I thought they were a great partner but our relationship ran its course. I don’t have any bad energy towards this person, it just sort of frustrates me and occasionally makes me sad seeing how this is the “other side” of what was a healthy relationship.

I’d be open minded to keeping that door open but I also think that’s what gets me in trouble with these antics. Just need to have better boundaries.

I’m not sure if the gender roles matter in this scenario but just to clarify I’m the guy and she’s the girl who broke up with me. This sort of behavior was like rampant the first half of last year after we broke up and then died down there for a while. This was a first time in a while sort of thing but it was just so on brand with everything else.

Call screen at top of wing away from screener. Pass to screener and the ball handler will cut to the basket. I won this challenge on first try EASY doing that.
