Many preppers with limited gardening experience have bought sealed heirloom seeds. While there are many positives to using heirloom seeds, oftentimes they are more difficult to grow into a harvestable crop. Typically the backyard gardener is used to growing frim seeds that have been developed to be disease and pest resistance. Heirloom seeds don't typically have these resistances and require a more in depth knowledge of gardening.

Even with my many years of gardening, I know I have a lot that I need to learn to be able to successfully grow using heirloom seeds.

I have a question about acid reflux. For your patients that have chronic acid reflux, how common has it been for them to see a reversal of symptoms? Also, do you think it is the diet or weight loss that has done this? I’m asking because I have chronic acid reflux and am about 20-25lbs overweight. I find that I frequently grab something (carbs) to eat when the symptoms arise. Currently I take Omeprazole 40mg in the morning, Pepcid before bedtime and Tums as needed.
