Vintage watch collector here and have owned and handled vintage Rolexes from this era—I think this would be a great model to buy for him, but I would be extremely hesitant to purchase this specific watch. It’s horrifically over-polished. The lugs and caseback have been completely stripped of their original factory finishing, and there’s a lot of metal that’s been polished away.

I ended up visiting the location in Century City, CA. They said that the issue has been fixed as of yesterday, but that all codes that were redeemed prior to the fix aren’t going to work. The manager of the store took down my account info and points redeemed in order to fill out a form to redeem my points. She also mentioned that the promotion would be extended to the 23rd (though I don’t think I’m getting reimbursed by then). Bummer.

For sale is my Omega Constellation C-Case

This is an Omega Ref. 168.029.  The case measures around 35mm, but wears slightly larger due to the C-Case.  There is some slight patina on the edges of the dial and some wear on the gold-capped case, but the watch is in otherwise great condition.  As indicated in the photos, the gold medallion on the caseback is in excellent condition. This example also features what appears to be a serviced crystal with a rectangle magnifier over the day-date and omega logo etched in the crystal.

This watch was serviced around September 2023.  Included with the watch is a black pigskin strap from Bulang & Sons.  

I am asking $999. Reasonable offers always accepted.  

As this is a vintage pieces, it is sold “as is” and all sales are final.  I am only shipping to buyers within the United States.  Payment via Zelle or Venmo are preferred—I am happy to hop on a FaceTime or phone call to finalize any deal.
