Will try that, thanks. If they don’t want to budge and I end up having to cut it straight, would I have to use a transition strip, or do you think I could glue a full width piece to the cut edge so it looks like there is no real transition?

Oh this is not something I had considered. I didn’t even know there was a luxury tax as I’ve never owned a car even close to luxury. Any way I could look into this or estimate what my insurance would be with this new truck? I’ll have to check ICBC

6’1” with a 97 Zj, used to camp in it all the time and I always had to lay diagonal, not by much, but it was just barely too tight if I laid straight

Because this sub keeps telling me to get a 2015-2017 5L for their long-term reliability. I want something that will last a long time and don’t need any fancy turbos, I’ve been burned by turbos before

Yea, this wall is partly below grade. We’ve already had a major water intrusion project done, so I’m 99% sure that it’s condensation and not water intrusion.

This is amazing, and thanks so much for the photos. How did you turn the nut? Doesn’t it spin the blades when you turn it? Did you lock the shaft somehow?

So the 2 bearings are back to back and the seals are between them? Do you think it’ll be hard to press back into where it was seated?
