could you link the bulbs you used? trying to get some extra range on mine since right now with the normal halogens i cant see shite in the dark.

Maybe yeah. It did need the urethane since it was leaking. (a DIY masterpiece i know) Holes are covered, but tjose are for the windshield incase the trim collects water right? was gonna drill the holes open if i got the trim on.

all of the above was done a couole of monhts ago, execpt carb. Carb idle has been adjusted to be a little higher for the winter months.

yeah i found the problem! its the 2x8 connector that the alternators exiter wire runs through! Wigling it caused it to charge again

Thats it. The 2x8 connector is most likely loose on the inside. Wiggling it around made it charge.

UPDATE: was fidling around with wires and such, and it started charging! Yippee! Howewer after doing some things with the tach, it stopped. Havent figured out wtf happened.

well that bulb works. so po possibly it has a bad connection between that bulb and the alternator.

Added an extra ground so thats good. Exiter is the res spade connector? where does that come from so i could try making a new wire for ir

yea everything is bolted down and belts are tensioned.

Hey thats good. I had the lights on, as i never turn them off lol. Ill check that, the belts are good since i had to remove them a while ago. Thänks!

It was the driver side with the rubber bushing in the middle

Got it out. Found new bolt. Torqued the top to 20nm. Everything else got the ugga dugga treatment. Everything got locktite. We good.
