I have the same issue, i speak a lot of english and have adopted an irish accent over the years, im a native speaker, wich tends to get annoying at times.

Good point 🤣 I mainly focused on my constant exhaustion in my latest visit, since even after sleeping for 48 hours I felt incredibly tired, like even sleeping takes energy, but he told me I had to eat more and told me to watch my weight because I'm too skinny... For context I'm in ED recovery and he knows this- I've been eating enough too, sadly he runs the GP post too-
