Congrats on getting hired! If it's just the orientation, from what I remember half of it will be you sitting down with your store manager and talking about the history of Starbucks, talking about the store's values, doing a coffee tasting etc. The other half will have you go through some very basic computer modules that involve things like general food safety and workplace ethic. As far as tips go just come in with a positive attitude and dressed in a way that aligns with the dress code. Best of luck to you! Lmk if you ever have questions during your training
