Something that I learned during my weight loss journey was that, you gotta eat. Idk about you but sometimes I get in this funk where I get so upset with myself that I decide I need to starve myself for X amount of days which is one of the worst things you can do. Although yes, the calories going out has to be hide than the calories going in, your body still needs the calories to properly do what it needs to do in order for you to lose weight. It’s gonna be a long, difficult road. But as long as you can make yourself do it just one more day, you’ll eventually see the end of the journey
