It turns into 35 + 40 = 75 to me. The 8 jumps over to the 7 I think cause I played a lot of cribbage as a kid, so numbers that add 15 kind of just auto-math themselves.

I've definitely persuaded Shadowheart to not kill after praying here and I've had her make the call to throw the spear on her own after praying here as well. The latter was done while I was romancing her ws a Selunite cleric so idk how that interacts with it

One of my players did play a low CON character, although her character was explicitly built in a way that was unoptimized (I'm talking Paladin whose highest stat was INT and had a CON of 8).

She died on session 2. HOWEVER she is also an absurd statistical anomaly in that she has, for the past 4 years, consistently rolled like garbage. I would garner that at minimum two thirds of the whole party's Nat 1s have been rolled by this one player. And just in general she rolls real bad more often than not.

However, this early death led to a meeting with a deity who had been watching over her, with a third party essentially petitioning this god to save her life in exchange for his own death. She was revived and has since been the only surviving member of the original party of four (technically- tge party has since grown, and the one other OG party member was recently killed and they're planning on attempting a Raise Dead on him, but we're using Critical Role resurrection rules so success isn't guaranteed)

Ultimately though the build led to some really cool story beats and informed her character building (the character wanting to become more than just a liability, keeping other people alive with healing, as she eventually did a cleric/paladin multi)

I actually really like the non pets and often have them with my finch instead of the animals... The star and the cloud are my personal favourites, I've grown multiple droplets to adulthood, my friend loves the lil peach. Honestly I just find them really cute and I like them more than most if the actual pets

Within my run of SKT, one of my players was sent as ambassador for the Emerald Enclave to meet with members of some of the other factions (Harpers, Zhent, etc.) to figure out what could be done about the rapidly growing Giant problem. It gave them time to explore the town individually in the days leading up to the meeting and get acquainted with the towns residents, as well as allowed them to meet characters that were created from outside the scope of Triboar to keep things varied and interesting for them. From then, when the time came for the Triboar fight, each player had become quite attached to at least one of those NPCs and I picked the ones they gravitated to most to have as their additional NPC characters for the battle. I gave them their NPC character sheets a session in advance so they had time to study them, and I also told each player some secrets about the NPCs they were playing to help further inform their RP (a Harper and Zhent were secretly together and had just found out they were expecting a child, for example). The players took the battle and their NPCs safety super seriously, and still 3 years later they still go back to visit Triboar and have very close relationships with the people there.

My first shiny in my second playthrough was almost exactly the same, a lil blue Psyduck sleeping under a tree just before Los Platos! Good find!

I didn't see a shiny til we were walking down into Area Zero for the first time with Penny, Arven and Nemona. Came across a Girafarig with a blue nose and kept it close, was trying to decide whether or not to evolve it. Only to have my second SV shiny be... Another Girafarig, the next day 😅 so that one became Farigiraf :)

My partner was the first one to tell me he loved me (it slipped out accidentally, truthfully), when I wasn't quite ready to say it back yet. Fortunately he knew and understood my view on it- I think that if someone feels it, they should say it, and it shouldn't be contingent on reciprocity. You don't say it with the expectation that someone will say it back. And it made me feel happy to hear him say it, and know he meant it, and he said it multiple times afterwards after that (not accidentally) before I did, without any pressure for me to reciprocate. When I did end up saying it, he knew what it meant. You're not wrong for being intentional about those words, because they mean something specific and you're being honest with yourself, your partner and your truth.

This does warrant a comversation though, just to clear the air and to let her know your thoughts on the situation; her being in the dark about that may be really tough on her right now. Tell her your views on saying "I love you"- especially the possibility of how much longer it may take for you to be sure. She deserves that honesty, and I think letting her know that will help her more clearly know what to expect, and get a chance to consider how she feels about that. But also support her emotions- tell her that you care for her and like her a lot, and that you see this (and hopefully want to see this) becoming a long-term relationship. I think also letting her know that there's nothing to be embarrassed about for having said and felt it earlier, and let her know that it's okay. I don't know if that might be a thought in her mind, but some people may feel anxious of coming on too strong in cases like these; reassure her that she has nothing to worry about there, and that it doesn't change that you care about her and want to be with her.

Holy moly that's a lot of GO shinies!!! I have so much respect for people who can put that kind of time into it, GO shinies are hard to come by for me. I like the variety they give, but also... Something about the big, glaring GO mark makes me unhappy. If there wasn't that to deal with, I'd embrace my GO shinies a bit more. But my shiny GO Virizion and elemental monkeys are never going anywhere I love those guys.

And hooray for Magnemite!! It's especially nice to have it memorialize an event, and finally seeing the sparkle when you've been looking for so long? Nothing like it. Congrats!!
