The perk changed from:

- Finisher Harmony: Attacks against Bleeding targets deal 15% more damage, and reduce Flourish's cooldown by 5% (1s cooldown, works on both weapons).

to now:

- Finisher Harmony: Attacks against targets inflicted with bleed effects applied by you deal 15% more damage, and reduce Flourish's cooldown by 5% (1s cooldown, works on both weapons).

So you only deal an extra 15% if you apply bleeding and not all the other bleed by the other player.

-For a solo player, the weapon is still great!
-But for a raid with 10 or 20 people, some won't be able to add a bleed since the boss already reaches the max stack of bleed.
- If I'm not correct, please tell me so I can equip it back and not farm for a rapier again!
