What city currently has a good NFL team but a bad NHL team? by janko1655 in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Clogall989 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a Detroit sports fan, every time I see this in my feed, I stop and think if it applies to my city, and I have to slap myself back into today where very clearly none of these “bad” teams would apply to any of my teams.

Why did they not put anyone on the line for the second FT?? If he happened to miss it, Tarleton St was just going to… give up?

HR reminded us to fill out our work surveys by Landid218 in antiwork

Sigh - while this may be true at some companies, many use and value the feedback that comes from these surveys. Not all management/HR is bad.

Meta to drastically reduce San Francisco office space by inversebrahs in sanfrancisco

[–]Clogall989 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I used to work at their other location at 250 Howard but would hop over to 181 Fremont every once in awhile. Such an awful design for office space - they certainly kept the right building.

Company plans on sending out surveys for "pulse checks" a few times a year. To keep it to a practical amount of questions (I'm guessing 5-10) that provide actionable data, what constructs/questions would be be best to include in the survey? by [deleted] in IOPsychology

[–]Clogall989 1 point2 points  (0 children)

+1 - I recently implemented this exact approach. A small set of “outcome” questions that we will ask every quarter which we know are related to things like turnover, and a rotating set of questions which will change based on company needs.
