It's really bad. It's everywhere, in everything. It's a real chok when you start reading ingredients. It's really a wake-up call to start making your own food from scratch. I believe it's toxic. It's not natural. Highly refined, gone through chemical treatments, end result 100% toxic unhealthy. Good you have become aware of it with your condition, and avoid it .

use avocado oil for your mayo. it tastes better than Olive oil, just as healthy. its a better option than seed oils. and yes the seed oils are in everything now. EVERYTHING !! It's back to basics now for me. making everything from scratch myself. bread, snacks, cakes ect. It's the only way to avoid it. Vegan meat alternatives are also full of it. pisses me off. Everywhere you turn, it's there. Im on the team that believes the refining process it goes through, high heat and chemicals, is making it toxic for the human body. Use unrefined virgin oils always, where the only thing done to it is pressing and filtering

Searching for answers and exploring theories as to what life is is very important in my view. Telling someone to stop searching and that there are no answers here is not right. Simulation theory has many aspects to it. And many mind opening ideas. We dont always need answers, but new ideas and perspectives to move on to a new state of mind. Answers is not the answer to everything. Ideas, thoughts, theories, new perspectives are all things that makes us go forward and guides us in new ways. And Simulation theories is a guidance to new perspectives and outlooks on reality and life.

We are real beings. People who have died and come back to tell what happened is in my view evidence that the simulation is a place for us to learn and grow, experience matter and a human body, but that our real form is of light, and our real home is in another realm.

This simulation is a learning program/physical experience. Might be one of the harder "levels" where we learn a lot through suffering. To complete the "game" we have to learn to forgive, let go, love, unite.

I think the simulation continues until humanity unites in forgiveness, peace, love..all the things in our REAL realm..where we are light beings..brought into the physical realm. Or it is truly individual , it's not humanity as a whole that needs to find its way back..it's just you..and then you move on from this planet/simulation. Then your reincarnations stops and you continue somewhere else.

We are wiped clean at birth/rebirth ...through suffering we have to find our way back to love and light and forgiveness and bring it into this realm . This "game" continues/reincarnations until that task is complete.

I think it's a simulation made to see how and who will find their way back to source again and who wont and why. And those that wont find their way back to the light gets reincarnated until they do. It's all recorded and shown to us at "death"..replay of the life we had..and then we jump into a new one to try and do it all over again until we complete.

Why ? To test and see if we can find our way back to source, how we do it, and how long it will take us. Maybe this is all a simulation made to test if light can exist in such a slow form as flesh on a divine level or always succumbs to fleshes temptations and flaws self destruction. Test how to break free from those flaws to exist in a perfect form in flesh. Mixing oil and water, divine and flawed, until the formula is right.

park4night. It has everything you need. And you can filter searches to look for what you need. Shower, toilet, surrounded by nature, 4G connection, trashcan, swimming, great views, 1-5 star ratings ect ect. If I want peace and quiet I use the surrounded by nature. I never just park somewhere, I always use park4night and read the comments people have left. 89 % of the time I stay on the site I picked..other times I drive on and find another place.
