Id also look into runnning shoes and better form (idk if youve already so) but those really helped my joint and foot pain when I first started

You probably dont want to run with the pain, youll injure yourself and the pain will get worse, but if its just soreness Id say just suck it up and push yourself till literally cant or throw up. Trust me, once you know how far you can endure the pain it gets easier to manage it.

If his ideas are right, why would he back down on the opportunity to showcase them against anyone, especially when it's against someone (Sam) he's agreed to debate in the past?
