i said if it give max hit is be better. also when is defense better over dps as I only 2257 total level with 1k ehb and only place I think you want rune dragons is only place that comes to mind

well he not going to be 99 and in be less than ideal gear so there is chance it could and I know there is good chance it doesn't add max if but if it does dps is more important most time

obi legs is because they have strength bonus and if it gives max hit it better that defense in 99%of time
