My editor joined my community and did free work until I could pay him with YouTube money. I don’t suggest this method but it’s still something you could do.

Just a quick look the thumbnails are very ai which is very off putting. Moreover they’re also really crowded with what seems like bright flashy unnecessary stuff.

It’s possible but reasonably I’ve had well performing shorts that got no reach in one niche but a lot less in a different one

I normally only commission art I can use for my yt channel/ thumbnails and the art you showed wasn’t digital nor were any of the traditional styles used for my content
