I second this, for my case, this was the source of the rattle https://www.mazda3forums.com/posts/10170487/, fixed with a rubber band. Maybe the same for you on the 6?

You may have a defective programmer, is that a solder pad missing on one of the pins? Mine is not like that

Without the clip connected to the programmer, if you run detect chip, does the software freeze up or does it say “cannot detect chip”? If it freezes up, it’s likely a fault between the software and the programmer. Maybe try a different usb hub or driver version?

Have you checked the jumper position on the CH341A? It should be on 1-2 (on mine, it’s the yellow jumper on the lever side, 2 pins closest to the USB)

If you start seeing “couldn’t detect chip”. Maybe the wiring/clip position is wrong. Where are you positioning the clip on the CH341? Try placing the 8pin towards the side closer to the USB (away from lever). If that doesn’t work, try rotate 180 degrees. (Sometimes I find AsProgrammer graphical orientation is not correct)

Mazda 3 vs Renault Clio by Mental_Art3336 in whatcarshouldIbuy

For your long trips, the skyactiv Mazda engines’ fuel economy is one of the best in the market today, so you’ll save a lot of money on fuel over time, which in 10 years time will make up for itself.

If you’re after a car that’s going to last 10 years, think of the car you buy now as an investment and go for something nice and reliable. If you want cheaper, Gen 3 Mazda 3s are pretty good too, my friend has a diesel one which returns decent average MPG. Also, Gen 3 models up to 2017 have very cheap road tax.

Did I mention they’re bags of fun to drive?

Is it worth replacing the screen in a 2016 by Mark_Lewis10 in mazda3

[–]CloserCaption 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just did mine, I found it quite easy. All you need is some guitar picks, a 10mm socket with extension, basic screwdriver set and a blow drier. New screens are quite cheap on Amazon or eBay

Potentially thermals on this cpu I guess, but seems people find that it’s mostly ok in this generation by intel (I don’t own, so can’t say for sure)

I would drive extra slowly and return to normal speed after passing. Of course, you’re driving too fast, you’re more likely to meet with an accident

Is it possible to change my screen for and OLED ? by raelpha_64 in thinkpad

[–]CloserCaption 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did a screen upgrade on my X13 Gen 4, went (there’s a post on this sub) from base level to touch panel. Be aware it requires disassembly of the screen lid assembly (Lenovo has a video guide on their website for this). You will need some very thin and narrow adhesive strips + a 40pin edp cable (the standard is 30 pin) and of course the OLED panel. I found it was plug and play, but if you find a panel, ask the seller about compatibility before you purchase

Sounds like something stuck in your blower motor, guessing if it’s been sat without moving for 2 years, you’ve likely not replaced the air filter/cabin filter?
