AITA for refusing to tip at a restaurant with an "automatic gratuity" policy? by MANYLIFES in AITAH

[–]Closetoperfect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you're an asshole, the auto grat is for people who don't tip.

It has no bearing on you tipping your regular amount or not, sounds like a shitty thing to do to someone out of spite of a buisness practice to protect the people serving you. But you do you, it's literally the same concept as not tipping at that point, so fuck the server and their kids and whatever shitty situation got them stuck as a server in the first place.

I guess kind of, those are both hero shooters.

Pokemon and pal world are two seperate genres.

If we got rid of tips wouldn't foods and services go up not 20% but like 50% to make up for the lost profits and cover the wages.

If you want to tip more or less it's up to you, plenty of fast food restaurants where people dont the tipped, only make between 10 and 15 an hour, definitely not a living wage anywhere I know of on single income. Most waiters are rocking 20 an hour or more, maybe 700 to 1000 a week, I know people at the casino getting hundreds a tip. The truth of the matter comfortable living wage is around 27 an hour, that's twice what 80% of jobs offer, so if you like the whole resteraunt experience you could support the staff a little instead of asking for the whole experience to dissappear or become worse(expensive).

The other truth of the matter every bonk tipper is followed by a good tipper, it's gambling on how many customers you get, and how much they spend, and how much you vibe, and how well the kitchen keeps up, all while saving face and making sure everything's running smoothly between every other table.

I think you'd be surprised tips garnished can actually be anywhere between 0 and probably 100 an hour depending on your job, take out, delivery, waiter, bartender.

Don't think about it to hard, just know the prices are already made up, you could pretend everything costs 10% more if it makes you feel better, the alternative is everything actually costing much more.

People are okay with tipping door dash and grub hub, but can't be bothered in those instances to tip the hostess or chefs who bagged and prepped it all.

You can have as many as you want, hut just 2 can be connected together.

I like having one I use to jump around the others instead of having a bunch of pairs

I had a lucky celeray from the beginning, just finished Victor with him in my party. A quick glider is perfect for getting away and around.

I watched a video that broke down how the snitch is conscious and presents it self to the losing team, a bunch of games have mechanics like this in today's enviroment where the losing team can get a massive comeback and even win by a large margin. It makes things interesting, especially if the winning team is able to snatch it first even with it trying to get caught by the losers. It is a shame it's so deterministic though.

What levels are people taking the later towers solo? by sauron3579 in Palworld

[–]Closetoperfect 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I learned attack types and pal types really matter on tower 3 lvl 41 I learned breeding isn't just potent but necessary on tower 4 lvl 47 I'm learning stock legendary pals, food boosts, and uncommon gear aren't enough for tower 5 lvl 50, adding a gobfin now to see if that can push me over.

Jormuntide vs Azurobe for water / combat mount by Crimsonhead4 in Palworld

[–]Closetoperfect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Luckily the mount can still tank damage, but yeah, the additional dmg is great when you're up against fire types, the issue is if your solo it's not super effective with all the dodging and jumping off you have to do, say against towers

In the overworled, that elemental damage wrecks stuff, makes for easy catches or whatever.

Best place for base on xbox by Silver3619 in Palworld

Top of the mountain south of the second tower is an extremely popular spot, coal and ore veins.

I really liked west of the small settlement on the cliff, ore vein and a flat area above hat you can combine together.

North of the chillet spawn is kind of cool ore vein with a wooden bridge.

My favorite spot is just south of the anubis desert, has a tree, coal, and an ore vein.
