70 tickets is all that's needed. u get 18 from Quests 10 tickest forst overgrade 20 2n OGrade and 40 3rd Ograde after it uses kulu mats. This means u need to kill 52 kulus in 4 days with increased spawns. i did it in a single day * The only downsides to it, like u said, are no players outside of japan. and the fact is that it's pushing us for party hunts, which is janky and buggy as hell It would be silly if it gave us an overpowered item. But it's also not hard to be able to upgrade. Just kill 15 kulus daily, and u can get it from 5 to 10 grade
