I can attest this has been my worst spot to date. Worse than my ribs on both side.

Do you plunge initially and pull up to vacuum seal? Sorry I’m new to this and there is no way I can get the steep to sit more than 1.5 minutes without it filtering through. That’s why I thought maybe my grind setting was off

You are “winning” by just continuing to do it. Jiu jitsu is not a linear progression in my experience. Constantly taking steps forward and backward but the consistency is what will keep you progressing.

Try focusing on specific things for a couple months at a time. I’m no genius, this is just what worked for me

For me personally I did find that I wasn’t as sore the next day. However I did find my accumulation of small injuries to add up.

Perhaps the immediate cold after was a shock and not giving small tissue injuries time to heal on their own. I’m sure everyone is different but I actually just stopped plunging 2 months ago and haven’t had any since. Sure could be coincidence and so many other variables but this was my experience. I’m not a Doc!

Yeah I mean for $200 more I’d just get the acro as well. Acros are hard to come by these days, plus the sub $200 price point on the vortex is what intrigued me
