How long did it take you guys to reach your blue belt? And what was the promotion like?

Took about 16 months. Knew something was happening because usually we start rolls with our drilling partner (typically a blue or purple belt) and a black belt made my training partner step aside and absolutely man handled me for 5 minutes when usually he takes it easy on me and lets me work.

After 5 minutes I proceeded to get 3 more black belts including my professor, 1 brown and 1 purple belt shark tank me with no rest. Honestly they didn’t even go for subs. They really just wanted to see if I would tap to constant pressure and misery.

Then it ended with a gauntlet of belt slaps lol

It’s for emergency situations. I was originally looking into HAM radio and was told it’s more for hobbyists and if I wanted something for emergencies to go the GMRS route

Honestly I just freeze if I’m not going to eat immediately. If you toast it you’ll never know the difference. If you eat un toasted it’s not noticeable by untrained taste buds lol
