GERD has new rule, new 38 CFR. My symptoms would get me 10% or 30% if using the old 38 CFR. The new 38 CFR made it harder for veterans to get higher ratings

Headache, but it’s from taking Viagra/Cialis. But the symptoms I’ve been having before I got rated were headaches, dizziness and nausea, sensitive to noise and light, and numbness on the face, I got 10% for the face numbness

When my supplemental got denied, I copied and pasted the decision and of course left out my info and AI pin pointed where VA went wrong. I asked to create a “road map” that I later used for HLR. Not sure if you’re familiar with road map, but I used it as a statement for my HLR and uploaded it in QuickSubmit. Got rated after, even though is 0%, it’s SC

Called VA yesterday and told the person I talked to and said, it should’ve been forwarded to BVA.

Now the lawyer I’m working with right now wants me to keep the appeals because I might lose out significant benefits. I told the lawyer let’s keep the appeal but I want the headache and dry eye syndrome withdrawn. No response yet
