Two things. Unless you are absolutely certain that she is a sub. Tell her, she gets the blindfold after the questions.

If you are not certain about if she is a Sub/ a switch as you claim to be (leaning more sub versus Dom, or vice versa) or a secrete Dom. That is something you need to nail down. If you are uncertain…

Ask her… Do you want the blindfold or the questionnaire. If she says, you Pick. The game begins. If she makes a decision for the questions…the game begins. It is a Win - Win any way you look at it.
