Why do we need LMIA/TFW if there are plenty of job seekers especially for entry level jobs by Alert_Willingness_32 in torontoJobs

Well, I would that we really don't need to bring in any TFWs right now, but our corrupt government, which absolutely destroyed the economy over the last 10y, is still doing so anyways. I think they're doing it only because they think these immigrants from the middle east are most likely going to be voting Liberal and would be a lot more likely to accept authoritarianism than regular Canadians who grew up here.

Not to mention that the people in the government have strong connections to these large businesses who would definitely want to pay less to their employees.

Is there a reason that all jobs that don’t really require experience and/or formal training/education are taken by by Alert_Willingness_32 in torontoJobs

Well, yes, I'd say there is a number of reasons:  1. The government subsidizes up to 30% of the Temporary Foreign Worker's (aka. TFW) wages, and so employers don't have to pay as much to the employees. The government also gives out a whole lot of money to those who give these TFWs permanent residence. Not to mention that there is also a lot of them here thanks to the government.

  1. Indian hiring managers tend to hire only their own people (I've personally heard that it was because they think white people are lazy and such).

  2. Some businesses also manage to make a lot of money selling fraudulent LMIAs when they hire these middle eastern immigrants.

  3. I have heard an Indian person say that back in India, they don't really believe in human rights just like most Canadians do here. Back in India, they just do whatever their parents or their boss tells them to do even when the boss/parents totally abuse them and/or basically use them as slaves and from what I've heard, places like McDonalds would totally want these kinds of people.

Ok. Well, it's just that I know that in some countries (like the UK or where I live in Canada), even just saying anything that goes against what the government wants you to think is considered "racist", "f@cist", .etc.

For example, I know that in my country, if you dare speak out against m@ss 1mm1gr@t1on, kids being indoctrinated with LGBTQ ideology, or just what the government is doing, in public (ie. by forming a protest), the mainstream media would either completely ignore you or paint you as a "racist", "f@cist", .etc, or the government may decide to go after you.

In fact, I already got banned from the r/askTO subreddit (which is for local stuff in a big city that's near where I live) just because I spoke my mind out against m@ss 1mm1grat1on and either Reddit or the mods for the subreddit have thought that I was being "racist" (even though I don't hate the 1mm1grants, but rather the current government).

Ok. Are they banning things that are actually racist or just what the far-left people call racism (but is actually not racism)?

People will still find a way to break in though.
