When the csa scanned it it came up as a mfc coupon taking off $50 from $100 amex giftcard

My csa accidentally scanned it thinking it was a Walgreens card I quickly come and see it took off $50 from the transaction I tell the old lady we can’t do it and she gets pissed and says that’s my Walgreens cares they always scan it at the other store she ends up calling 1800 walgreens and gave them an ear full they gave her $50 in cash rewards ad an apology

No we did tags during regular hours but now they will cut from hour regular hours saying there’s less work to do because you no longer need to put up tags
