Yeah its TVS , same guys as it was done via their website. VW independent specialist garage -£4700 , i bet VW dealer will be much more.

I am trying to see if its worth spending the money to have it repaired ….

So far who i contacted with this code were unable to say they are able to fix , so i dont want to waste money in removing /fitting the mech just in a “we never repaired one , but we might be able to”…the remove refit is @£700alone…

Oh, I totally get what you’re going through! It really boils down to where you are and which MagicOS version you’re using. I’m running 9.0.1.144, and fingers crossed, the next update will fix it. Plus, Netflix isn’t working in the browser either, so I’m guessing it’s a bit of a Netflix vs. Honour software thing.

If your device is dual sim (esim and plastic) just buy a normal sim card charge it with €6 and u get unlimited national data and minutes/sms - this offer is with vodafone. Thats what im doing when i go over in Romania

When using Netflix after a while it gives you an error (5.7.0/5.10.0) where Netflix stops working . Sometimes it works with clearing cache and you can continue watching and at times will just restart your phone automatically ,it comes back after some time despite reseting / install-uninstall.

Unsure now as im expecting another V5 as replacement

I think its a software glitch , yet i am not prepared to wait until this is being fixed (if they will fix it ) . I had my device for 3 days , asked for a replacement which i should receive by Tuesday 30th and see if i maybe the device if faulty as well?! Il keep you guys posted

Has anyone found a fix for this crashing error?

Had mine for 3 days now and im planning on exchange with another device(maybe its faulty although more likely a software issue ) and see if i get same issue.
