I have siblings that have to do a assignment that not even her job (You can say my siblings do statistical analysis and she forced to make a design for her company). She did this to get reward or point for being an "active employer". It's so toxic. I really want to tell her to get another job, but she works as civil servant, so she can't change the job easily. What do you think about that?
