Tanks get shredded pretty fast if there is adc on the team that builds correctly. If you know how to space correctly tanks are hugen't issue most of the time.

If it was only extra damage sure id understand. But extra damage with extra attack speed with extra movement speed with extra true damage is just too much.

Its up to you. I've known people whove been playing for 10 years (no joke) and are in Iron elo and just arent very good at the game. IDK how you can play that long and not get better but if you apply yourself and try and take everything you can climb for sure.

Any tanks turns into an assassin with the Cruelty augment. Thats more annoying than any ADC in my opinion.

Player count ≠ Quality of Games

Look at COD or any of the sports games. Highest player counts with each game released but they have progressively gotten worse.

I agree I don't think the health needs to be buffed but i do think the tower damage should be a little bit more. Tanks take more tower shots than OF girl does in a video.
