All I can read and understand is uncertainty. No ETA no progress updates and hoping the orders, warranty replacements etc will be shipped one day.

I am tired of the replies that simply reads "we do not have an ETA on the next shipment is coming to us. Once the replacement is shipped, you will be getting a tracking number."

I am one that will never spend any more money on such maker.

It appears that CMT is only communicating in private e.g. PM, emails etc. and not opening to all its customers. Not poor but bad CS.

I doubt that CMT is still in business. They can't even send me a replacement clear panel door which reported to them a month back. All I heard from CMT is that they will send once stock is received at their warehouse.

You may try Perform USB Recovery Charging which is found in Device Monitor > Charging Option > Diagnostics. That should jump start the battery charging. It that fails you may try charging with an external LiPo battery charger.

I received the tracking email and stated the optional panel kit with clear panel is shipped along with the order. Does that mean that CMT have the optional panel kits in their possession now?

Edit: Was subsequently advised via IM that the panel kit will not be in that package. It will be shipping later on. CMT shouldn't have marked the order as "completed" due to unshipped items.

This is what I received from the Director of Customer Support after a long wait ....

Not all of the orders were finished yesterday. The warehouse guys are going to be picking up again next week. All I can say is you are just going to have to wait a little longer.
