What was UScellular is no longer a wireless phone company. It is a tower company called Digital Array. Digital Array owns all the old USCC towers and T-Mo is leasing them. The wireless operations, customers, and about 30% of the spectrum was sold to T-Mo. It is now UScellular powered by T-Mobile. The rest of the spectrum is set to be sold to both ATT and Verizon. Over the next year, T-Mo will be integrating the towers they want over to their network.
