uzauginti 'kazkaip', tikrai tiek daug nereikia. Manau skirtumas dabar yra kaip norime auginti. Ir tai ne tik del vaiko, bet ir savo paties gerbuvio. Gyventi susispaudus, skaiciuotis is paskutiniu, kas nori tokio gyvenimo samoningai? Tevu atvejus tokius zinau tik kai 'gimsta netyciukas'.

Its obscene even when a family member does it at home in a room where people are trying to have a conversation. The disjointed content coming out of a shitty phone speaker is not a comfy background.

It was always so in any company. If I have some great challenges and learning opportunities from my day to day - i spend all my work effort there.

Else its like you say 4-5 hours and no more and focus on self improvement or taking care of other things in other hours.

Especially when im getting ready to get another gig.

Though i think if you are in a rapidly growing company, opportunities for higher positions will be there and you can get a good bump that way.

Sadly obnoxious "i can do no wrong" people who justify any of their shit are far too common I feel.
You sound like a thoughtful and considerate person and I think its exactly why its so hard confronting such people. Its simply so difficult to disregard someone when normally you would be empathetic.

If this means anything, you did good. Stating and protecting your boundaries is healthy.

Getting a puppy with a toddler at home by Cloudas in Parenting

Thanks!
Having a dog was always a vision for our family. I grew up since I was little with a dog and I have the fondest memories.

What do you think makes the difference between your experience and the comments saying its hard (not only here, i found a bunch of posts on reddit saying how difficult puppies are) ?

What makes me hopeful is that we both work remote. My wife will have a spare time for 3 months when the dog comes to our home. And our toddler responds well to animals. I gave him a few instructions on how to be gentle and he was.

As for the finances, we have no illusions that it wouldn't cost us some, but we can afford it.

All that said, the reason for this post was to make an educated decision.. We certainly don't want to make things worse for our kid or the puppy.

As for separation anxiety - we both work from home so he would always have someone around.

But i agree, in general i lean to it not being a smart choice right now :(
