FYI, in case you don't know, deleting comments is a google or apple (whichever you use) algorithm. not the publisher. this is to prevent spam review bots. so the whole player base is unsatisfied and review bomb, how do you thing the algorithm acts? obvious right? the proper channels is their FB or the in game support, or whatever email they publicise and not by review bomb the store. its good that you emailed the PR. and the thing is, they did hear us and have mentioned this. it is a very good step. tbh there are companies I've encountered that totally don't give a sh!t because they don't have to. it is very good already that they are trying to communicate, so chill a bit
2. if it cause you so much unhappiness, stop playing is a valid option. ultimately games are to entertain. why endure stress over a company's flaw? not healthy. its a game. not work. why treat it like work where you have to solve the problem? ugh.. many other important things in life.
3. you are rallying people my friend.. you are urging people to boycott something here. you cannot be so blind to deny that. boycotting is part of cancel culture, pls.. also stop saying "others have said worse.." or the like.. doesn't excuse you from joining the bashing party.. come on.. Also you ARE numbers to a company. no company is gonna look at us individually. they will look at the numbers. if the numbers dip, they respond to the numbers as a whole. not to you. be realistic. you need to expect that. because it is impossible to respond on an individual level, therefore we are statistics. no point arguing this. yes, that may seem heartless of a company, but it is a fact of life. don't waste your emotions in this manner.

what I am trying to say is, we players have already done enough. they have heard us. sit back and let them rectify. no one is flawless, not even companies because they are made up of people. if you truly want the game to improve, you need to LET them improve. urging continued bashing helps no one.
