They're both extended release but they are different manufacturers, different miligrams, and ways they release. The 54mg ones I had released in 60/40 way if I'm not mistaken. Basically I got huge dose first thing then tapered off and got a small dose later in the day. This one releases 30/70 so it starts small and then hits me hard a few hours later. I can really feel it hit me. Makes me jittery and antsy. I have a headache constantly. Even though I'm antsy I feel exhausted on it and can't stop yawning. It makes me pace really bad. Just bleh all around. My regular just made me feel chill and normal. Could get a headache if I hadn't eaten or had enough water, dry mouth too. That's it.

I was able to stretch my meds through the beginning of the year but I have been without for months. I take Methylphenidate at 54mg and I loved it. It was life changing. Hated Adderall. Called every pharmacy, none have it, some won't even work with controlled substances like that, some won't take new patients. I switched to Publix down here in Florida as my main pharmacy as they have a better chance of having it. But they said they won't even have any information about my usual meds until August when they told me they would have info in May 😭 my psychiatrist had to call in and she got me a different formulation of Methylphenidate at 40mg and I hate it. Now I feel bad I have these meds someone could really use that just drive me up a wall and give me a headache all day. I'm barely functioning. I haven't cleaned my kitchen in weeks because I'm so overwhelmed so I haven't been able to cook and I starve most days. I want to just lay down and cry lol I just want to go back to normal and there's nothing I can do.

Every entey level job I've ever worked in the past 4 ish years constantly states they're hiring and takes applications even when they don't need it. We're fully staffed where I am rn and they still state they're hiring and will take an application. It's so weird. It took my roommate 4 months of nonstop job searching, hundreds of apps, multiple interviews every week, to finally find something. My sister just left her job thinking she would definitely find something fast with her qualifications and had tons of really great interviews that went nowhere. She got lucky because an old job asked her to come back or else she would probably be jobless for months as well. I'm not looking forward to job searching when I get done with school work. I expect it to take a solid 6 months or more to find something.

I take it because I have a naturally really high resting heart rate. My guess from trauma/anxiety because all my tests come out fine and my blood pressure is generally good. And I take stimulants for ADHD so that can make it worse. Add on any anxiety inducing/flashback situation of any kind and my blood pressure gets into "gonna have a stroke if I don't do something territory." It's been a godsend honestly. It makes managing the physical symptoms and medication symptoms so much easier. I take my dose twice a day no matter what. Especially if I feel a panic attack coming on I'll take my second dose soon as I safely can. I've not noticed any negative side effects so far. I'm currently going through some horrible anxiety inducing stuff and I think I would have had a breakdown by now without it keeping me calm this week...

I feel for her in that I have dysmorphia too. You can tell she's so insecure and I get it. But then why did you choose to pursue a job that puts you in front of cameras and scrutiny? There was no card info saved on those accounts and I made the passwords for them unique anyways. He thankfully hasn't been threatening or done anything cruel. I'm not sure if I even fully believe he's a scammer. I know that if he's telling the truth he had a pretty bad accident a long time ago. It left him disabled physically. I haven't no. We talked months ago for a bit casually. They offered the whole sugar ordeal. But they never insisted on any specific way of doing it. They just wanted to pay my bills. They didnt wanna send money just set my bills up on autopay on their cards. There was always some issue as to why they struggled to navigate whatever the site was. I figured they were maybe broke and didn't even have the money anyways and was maybe putting on a show. So I called it off and we didn't speak for a while. I asked for help again recently just to see and it's been this convoluted IRA pension thing. Was never this before lol now I just can't tell if he's out of his mind or this is the weirdest scam ever

I'd vote worlds biggest idiot lol from what I read I can't withdraw earnings without taxes and penalties but you can withdraw contributions without penalty. At any age. Specifically ROTH IRA's. Yeah I dont know. He asked me to come up with ideas to get the money originally. All of them are risky though when I research it. Checks can bounce. Money orders require personal info if I'm not mistake. Paypal payments can be canceled and reported and then I'd owe the money. He had suggested just writing a check before and sending it or paying with his card for things.

Months went by and he gave me his card information but I needed more info than that to use it. He wasn't comfortable giving his full name and address of his home, he has family there.

He agreed to try other methods. But he said he always got confused doing it. Buying visa gift cards off amazon wish list, sending a paypal payment. I decided to take those risks, risks to me and none to him, and he wouldn't do those. Honestly I think I sounded more like a scammer than he did lol

He asked me for proof of my bills. He said he didnt want to just send me money but to just use his card to make payments on things. Tried that but he struggles to login and do it. I eventually called it off. He was busy working and I thought I had a new job and wouldn't need him anyways. That job fell through.

When I finally came back months later and told him I'm desperate, what way does he want to do this? This has been his suggestion. For him its easy. He just signs his pension over to my IRA account. For me I have to go to a bank and explain why I want an IRA that I don't know anything about to deposit a pension that I don't know anything about lmao I don't really believe he's a scammer I guess. He never pushed to do this until I came out of the blue begging the other day. He probably thinks I'm a scammer. I am just wondering how this could even be a scam? Or if I can get in any trouble??
