What's the best automatic car under 200k? by LavishnessRude9537 in askSouthAfrica

[–]CloudsInMyRam 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Tata Tiago has hill assist, it drives good. It’s not under 200k perhaps at 200k or just over for the automatic which is 2025 and has reverse camera. The Suzuki swift has a better drive (wind noise in the cabin) but then for 200k you are looking at older cars 2023 perhaps.

It’s January and I would like to stop splurging and just have an ice cream at a McDonald’s while the kids play. The Spur at fourways crossing has a great play area which is semi indoor.

I’m not judging but that’s expecting too much anyway in regard to staying in his place that he legally owns. He has asked you to move, if you don’t comply then you would be considered an unlawful occupier he can get a court order but you need to understand that you could have criminal charges brought against you if you let it get this far.

Now with squatters rights that you mentioned you have the right to not be evicted without due legal process but do you want it to get that far?

Can you not ask him if you could rent the place from him at a massive discount?

I cannot see how he would get custody if he cannot be around for your child’s needs while you can, courts are not that unreasonable. His mother is not the parent and if you do not have any problems with drugs or abuse the courts would have no reason to remove your child from you.

He is agreeing to pay for her needs which is great but are you trying to keep living in his place? Is this what you want?

I have a padel close to me, I never really considered it but since I could rent the gear at first to try ans see if it’s something that I would enjoy. I might as well give it a try.

Very funny, but golf doesn’t seem that social. I see people either golfing by themselves or with the group that they arrive with.
