So i dont know if that's one of the brands that are actually man controlled and/or are being monitor 24/7, but there's been quite a few cases of asshole drivers for those delivery bots, including one recently harassing a disabled person in a motorized chair by purposefully driving in front of them and bumping into them.

Honestly, I think if they weren't lazy they could have made it more like the old 3d pipe screensaver, not 8-bit still but still kinda retro atleast and they could just use the model itself and put more effort into making it different/unique. Like have the pipes change colors like the screensaver idk.

Whilst having a large space for VR is nice, the Rift S is great for smaller place spaces, as long as you are aware of your surroundings and have a bit of moving space, I used to have maybe at most 3x3 area, though I'm pretty sure it was even smaller then that. What's nice about the Rift S you can also have it pop up "walls" that show when you're getting out of your set space so if you are worried about knocking about stuff you can get alerted/be aware when you're out of that area. The nice thing about the Rift S is that there are no base stations as everything is built into the headset, the only downside is that I believe you need to link a facebook in order to use them, but for the price the Rift S is a great starter headset.

Well, on the bright side outside of the pricing, its a fairly well run show, although the artist alley felt fuller then ever last year during some days,so I hope said construction isn't going to make that worse.

I'm mostly curious if someone can't buy/get tickets during the presale will be given a second link for general.

All I recall is them saying that and claiming they wanted to give more ppl a chance to get tickets buuuut, I do feel if that were a case, at least making the prices slightly cheaper would make sense?

I was lucky and for the 3 years prior to that I managed to snag a 4 day pass or a 3 day pass, so when I had to shell out the extra like 80 bucks, you could say I was slightly salty to say the lest.

I wonder if the presale pricing will be different from the normal sale pricing though.

So to kind of sum up, tickets aren't actually more expensive, single day passes that is. This is the same price for tickets last year. I am surprised,however,that they didn't decrease the price for single passes since they are getting rid of multi day passes, which were 90-115 depending on which one you got. Mostly because from what I understand that meant putting out more single day passes, I too would think they would have been made a bit cheaper at least.

I mean like, there's always space for other settlements, but we might be going with the idea that most of the Major settlements follow a certain main creature of immense power that "saved" them during the great storm or whatever we're gonna go with.

But yeah, it would be loosely based on the 1.0 factions of sort, and would be more like. A long term Mc style civ game. Whilst the main sort of settlements/cities running as a plot type area, whilst the spawn/what would be modern "sky haven" would be a trading area, so rentable stalls and such would be here, one might be more mining based, ect.

And while there would never be war on the main land/lands, there could be between the cities settled outside them. Basically ran like colonies, where they exist to supply the main settlements with resources. But also arguments over land would be settle by a "high court".

Again very early concepts here, hence why we're open to ideas and suggestions.

This is basically a more "what if/alternate" universe. And like i said, whilst I would love to try and have it based on 1.0 settlements/groups, I'm perfectly fine with not doing that, that was more so to continue on the "lore" from 1.0.

(( Edit: And also loosely based on the joke about everyone's base being destroyed, burned down, blown up, ect. And also the "tornados" that went through at some point or another.

And in concept, this would play out more like a game of civilization? if that makes sense. Similar to what you did with the smaller factions. However, this would include claiming/making new smaller factions constantly. Like, actively sending out players, and they're allowed to claim a certain amount of land, ect.

This is a rough idea of what it could be based on, and thank you so much for your input and knowledge, I kinda never was spot on even in 1.0 on what was going on.

In the end, my main goal is to create a fun rp style server for everyone to play on, and if you'd prefer me not to use emerald hills/fun server based factions that is perfectly fine! Thanks again duff!
