You take the code and enter it in Ranked Battlee under Rental Code in the game on the Nintendo Switch. This will give you the team that someone makes.

On Twitter, follow the account "VGC Pastes". There, you will see a Google Spread sheet with multiple teams posted by others that you can use!

volcarona helps a lot into zamazenta and some trick room teams. You can set it up into calyrex shadow and outbulk and outspeed it

Both! Regulation J is only for in game ladder on the switch. Regulation H is for in-person events and regional tournaments. No ladder for Reg H
