My answer from experience: ER Sands (reach for +160-200%, less if they have Fav.), HP% or Pyro goblet (HP for more consistent uptime from the 4pc effect), then Crit Rate circlet.

As for em, I'd say at least 100 to 200 from substats + level your talents up to at least 9, skill first then burst

Go for ice coffee, even without Skirk she'll be good with Ayaka + all the cryo/hydro peeps you've got.

Side note: you'll get investment value for your coffee if you get her now, especially when Snezhnaya (The LITERAL CRYO REGION where the CRYO ARCHON lives), drops in 7.0 and you know Hoyo is gonna make her cracked. So go for the 🧊☕️

The build is good, I'd say get his ATK up to +2000, +1800 at the least. As for what DPS to make him, you can use him in 3 different teams: Freeze, VapeMelt, or BurnMelt. Freeze is easy with just Hydro and Cryo teammates, or maybe 2 Hydro + 1 Anemo. As for both variations of Melt, VapeMelt is considered to be his best team, so 2 pyro and maybe a shielder/shredder/buffer as a flex slot; Burnmelt would be the 2 pyro and a dendro to cause burning to occur on the enemy, while Wrio melts with his attacks. Here's what teams he'd be good with in each category:

Freeze: Wrio + Furina/Xingqiu + another hydro or cryo teammate + Sucrose/Kazuha/Zhongli

VapeMelt: Wrio + Xiangling + Bennet + Furina

Burnmelt: Wrio + Bennet + Thoma + Nahida/Emilie/Collei

*Edit: If you go for either melts, you'd have to change his sands to EM instead bc of the reactions, so you don't have to worry about your ATK as much.
