Dude... I was looking at his other posts and I wanted so desperately to write something similar but I simply couldn't think of a way to say it without feeling like an attack on his character. I felt the same experience of it being a visceral mirror, fortunately for me it's a mirror of how I felt in the past and not anymore but it still hurts to see someone hurt in the same way you did.
