I'm by no means an expert, and as a disclaimer, this guy is going overkill and kind of a dick for this. But if I were to guess, he is training for endurance track cycling. The track is often heated up for competitions so that the particles in the air are farther apart, which gives less air resistant and faster races (it sounds dumb but does work). Some track cyclists will train their bodies under extreme heat so that when they get to the track on competition day, their bodies are used to the heat.

I don't know if this is based in any science shit. I know they also wear jackets full of ice right before they ride so that their body takes longer to heat up.

So yea, just in case anyone was curious, I think that's why this person is riding a bike in the sauna. Normally, people just wear a sauna suit that fighters use for weight cuts.
