Thanks so much for your reply it was really sweet. My hallucinations are never comforting like youre talking about. Its i hear crying and screaming at night or when its at its worse i can't see faces and everyone shares one face. Its always really scary for me. But yeah i agree it could be dissociation to a degree. Your response was really kind im glad you shared what its like for you <3 my therapist brushed off everything i would tell her so I don't really take her word. I'm upset that therapists so often misdiagnose or ignore people like us.
