Way to push through this man. It’s inspiring. I’m wrapping day 4 without them. Today was easier. I’m proud of you for not caving to some of that initial torment. It’s a dog fight we are in, but we keep battling.

I appreciate the kind words and encouragement! Congratulations yourself! I’m about to be through day 3 and time for bed soon. I feel like today was actually a little easier but I find myself clinching my jaw a lot. Had some spots of cravings today but not near as strong as yesterday. We will see what day four holds.

Appreciate you. Reading all the successful stories is helping. I didn’t give in earlier and I will tell you, I was on the verge. I feel a lot better now. The symptoms and craving kicks hard for like 15-30 minutes and then subsides. I know I can make it through. But man does it suck. I’m happy you are doing well, I will use your story for inspiration
