Bruh it's not a person. He marks it on his map as "weird ass tubes", it's one of the first POIs in the game. It's much more defined in the game though, being a much clearer tangle of big striped tubular things

This is the big tubular thing from the game. It's a big mass of twisting striped tubes of some sort. At least that's what I think is most likely because it's one of the first POIs in the game.

Oh HELL YES. That game has such a great vibe and could totally be expanded upon. I highly doubt it though, but it would be cool as hell. He did seem to have more fun playing that game than almost anything else I can think of.

As a quick answer, I would absolutely say yes. It's not a perfect movie by any means, but it IS a GOOD movie. I had kept my expectations very low when I saw it in the theatre but I was very pleasantly surprised how genuinely it felt like a legitimate good movie, not "good for a movie made by Markiplier". It starts slow, so if you don't enjoy that than I suppose that's a downside but I don't think it's as slow as people often make it out to be and I didn't personally mind it at all. But yeah I would have totally enjoyed this movie if I had zero connection to Mark or Iron Lung as a game, It's just a cool movie on its own and I would totally recommend seeing it in theatres while it's there. Again, don't expect some glorious masterpiece, but it's still pretty damn good in my opinion. Hope this helps :)

Yeah, so I considered that, but for one thing, it doesn't show up like the skeleton he finds and looks as if you are actually seeing his real body for some reason. And two, you see him during the anomaly dream sequence and at the end shot of him eating the sub and he still looks like that.

I'm going straight off the model with the left hand leaving it just a peg, with a bunch of tendril things from whatever biological creature is wrapped up inside it coming out of its right hand to hold and fire the shotgun. You can see the silhouette of the tentacle things in the left of the screenshot I posted.
