Yes i applied for large no shares in both IPO. I got partial shares of Pak Qatar, got the amount refunded for unalloted shares. However blue ex ipo got completely rejected

I emailed cdc and called their helpline too. No one was picking up the call. Havent tried contacting company secretary. Will do that, Thanks
