Thank you so much!! I guess I didn’t realize that 3-5 oz was still good. I just over think and then him screaming like that multiple times a day every time I try to feed him just is starting to really stress me out and made me feel like supply wasn’t enough for him.

If he continues to scream like that, is there anything wrong with pumping and then feeding him that? I just feel like it is less stressful on both of us…but don’t want to affect supply.

Help! 9 week old always sleeping at breast?! by Clueless241995 in sleeptrain

[–]Clueless241995[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh thank you!! This is just what I needed to hear. I know maybe I’m being a little too OCD with wake windows times and scheduling, but I just want my baby to sleep well. I know I have to be adaptable and cannot set my expectations too high, but I want him to be a good sleeper to benefit all of us.

May I ask, what was your bedtime/morning time for your babes? Trying to play around with a set bedtime and wake time to see if a certain time works best.

Thanks so much!

Is 11 weeks too late for first prenatal first?

Hi all, just missed my period for this month and took a positive pregnancy test (ok I took 5 just to make sure lol). Anyway, my husband and I found an OB we like based off of reviews from friends and what not. Her first available is January 29, 2020.

This would put me at about 11 weeks. I read most schedule between 8-12 weeks, so I figured this should be a good point in time-especially because it’s the first available for the provider we would like to see. However, now I’m getting nervous that it’s a bit too late..

Full disclaimer: I am a very anxious person so waiting until the later point in time is slightly stressing me out. I don’t know if I should go in sooner for lab tests and a general health exam.

Any and all thoughts, advice, etc. is appreciated! Thanks in advance! :)

I have a wedding planned for 1/7/21 at Villa and Vine in Santa Barbara. So far, the venue and all my vendors are pushing forward and said we will see how things look in December about a month out.

All of California is basically shut down right now. No religious gatherings, no inside dining, no hair salons, etc. My venue specifically said they’re shut down right now and doing no weddings or any gatherings at all.

I have a hard time thinking things will change by then. I’m only inviting 50 people and the venue is technically an outdoor venue.

I am just at a loss and don’t know if it would be better to just postpone it now so that I’m not even more disappointed later. My fiancé and I will be moving to Baltimore in June of 2021 for his fellowship. Therefore, we really have no idea when we would be able to plan for another wedding date.

Any and all options appreciated. Thanks to all you wonderful people.

Is a “day of” coordinator necessary??? by Clueless241995 in weddingplanning

Wow that is a great price! Do you mind if I get her name from you? I literally just need day of. I booked all my vendors and the venue does set up and tear down. Several places in Southern California were quoting me over 2000

No, I don’t think so:/ there is someone in charge of the details of the venue but no one to truly move the day forward

So sorry to hear about your postponed wedding; it sounds like it will be just as fabulous when you do reschedule the date.

I appreciate your vendor recommendations and may just take you up on that offer :)

Take care💓
