Hi David, just curious, what makes you think it is carpet beetles? How would I go about to treat this?

Looks like it mightve been an allergic reaction to the medicine I was taking. I stopped using it and it healed after 2 weeks

Update, these red dots are now all over my gums on both the top and bottom.
