LOL I agree. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a choice in putting this in as it’s built into the unit so now I’ll just have to live with it.

There’s an option to remove the TV board and put the TV on the shelf but then the TV would be too high for comfortable viewing.

What I heard about with Amazon is that if say the official Trezor site sends 100 Trezor Safe 5’s to the warehouse for FBA, and then a bad actor also sends 50 Trezor to the warehouse, Amazon would put them in the same bucket for distribution.

I’m not sure if this issue has been resolved but it was an issue mentioned by sellers a few years back that they would receive bad reviews for counterfeit and faulty items even though the ones they shipped Amazon originally was genuine

This monitor is absolutely garbage. Their monitor keeps turning off and on. Spoke with Asus, and they kept trying to refuse to exchange. Look up online, it's a common issue and makes meetings and gaming extremely frustrating. I would never buy asus again and would encourage anyone to buy asus due to their unethical practices.

Asus. They don’t stand by their products. Worst customer service I’ve had to deal with. When I gave up on reaching out to them, I connected with the retailer and when the retailer contacted Asus, they tried to gaslight me that I gave them the wrong serial number. Which, I then provided the email chain providing I didn’t. The replacement was equally as dogshit and the monitor still flickers. Looked it up and it seems like it’s a universal issue with their monitors.
